Taproom Yoga with local yoga instructor Erin Teegardin! This beginner-level class is fun for all abilities. No experience necessary! Each yoga session begins promptly at 10 a.m. and runs about an hour. It's best to arrive by 9:45 a.m. to get registered and settled in. Mats will be available, but please bring your own if you have one! Cost: $15 to participate - this includes one pint of FBC beer for those 21+. Enjoy your beverage before, during or after the yoga class! No pre-registration required. Simply check-in with our bar staff and we’ll get you registered!
