- ➤ The American Red Cross needs local volunteers to help respond to disasters in Hancock County. An informational session will be held Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hancock County Red Cross office, 125 Fair St. in Findlay+ attendees can learn volunteer requirements and speak with current responders while enjoying refreshments and an appreciation gift. - ➤ Marathon Center for the Performing Arts is launching Lunchtime Live Inside, a free indoor concert series with local artists starting Tuesday, Feb. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Armes Hall to honor Doug Thomas (whose legacy impacts local culture). WFIN

- ➤ At 8:05 a.m. this morning, Vanlue Firefighters responded to a call for a vehicle on SR 15 west of the Vanlue exit when a woman went into labor, and they delivered a healthy baby boy named Axel on scene. Both mother and baby are doing well at the hospital. WFIN

- ➤ Aiden Hatch, a soccer player at Liberty-Benton High School, earned All-American honors — officials from Liberty-Benton Local Schools praised his hard work and skill. WFIN
