EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The BVHS Auxiliary is accepting scholarship applications from Hancock County high school seniors and health career students. Ten students will each receive a $1,000 scholarship if they apply online by March 31 (deadline). WFIN
- ➤ Fourteen Van Buren students competed in Ohio History Day at Bowling Green State University on March 7 and Taylor Smith advanced to the state competition at Capital University on April 18 with a paper on wartime reforms. WFIN
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Findlay residents now can drop off recycling at the Public Works Department at 330 N. Cory St (open 24 hours a day, seven days a week). No sorting is required; please break down items and avoid leaving trash in or outside the provided containers. WFIN
