  • Findlay Police identified two victims found deceased in Apartment 1 at 708 N. Main Street at 4:31 a.m. on April 20 and notified next of kin, naming them as Richard Gutierrez Jr. (52) and Ernesto Mendoza Jr. (61) from Findlay while autopsies were ordered and the investigation continues.  WFIN

  • The University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum invites residents to attend an evening with Emmy Award-winning illustrator and author Marc Brown on Saturday, May 10 at 7 p.m. in the TLB auditorium of the Winebrenner Building—his presentation will share his creative journey and be followed by book sales and autograph opportunities.  University of Findlay

  • Putnam County leaders in Ottawa plan projects to build on recent successes that include Whirlpool's expansion, which added 180 jobs, and to develop 70 housing lots.   • Blanchard Valley Health Foundation named Benjamin Sapp as its new chief development officer; he brings 18 years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit work, including his role at the Mazza Museum at the University of Findlay + serving on several community boards.
