- ➤ Open Arms Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Services was honored at the Ohio Attorney General’s Two Days in May Conference on Victim Assistance in Columbus for its Mobile Advocacy Services program. The program reached 41 individuals in 17 months — showing its commitment to providing support for survivors. WFIN
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum will host a summer STEAM-camp themed Behind the Byte from June 9th to 13th on campus. Students ages 8 to 14 will learn how computers work by taking them apart and exploring block coding, and registration costs $200 per child including all required materials and a camp T-shirt. WFIN
- ➤ In April, University of Findlay’s College Credit Plus program gave awards to faculty, instructors, and students from 48 Ohio schools that serve more than 2,000 students—Eastwood High School and Old Fort High School earned top honors.
