- ➤ An officer from the Findlay Police Department watched 141 Lotze St. on June 2nd at 1:08 p.m. for two residents with active warrants, and when Charles Cooper III barricaded himself and Madison Fenbert hid in a closet, a joint tactical team breached the door and arrested both suspects + they were taken to Hancock County Jail.
