Here's your local news at a glance for Wednesday, the 8th of July.
Good morning, Findlay.
🎓 Education
The Findlay Public Library hosts its free Summer Connect Program through July and August to help kids learn about healthy eating, mental health, and summer reading in fun, interactive sessions.
The library partners with local agencies (YMCA, Open Arms, University of Findlay Occupational Therapy) to offer games and free books.
🏥 Health
The American Red Cross is hosting blood drives to ease a summer donation shortage — today at Reineke Family Dealerships, Friday at Blanchard Valley Center, and soon at Findlay Moose Lodge.
The drives come as fewer donations and more outdoor injuries boost demand for blood.
