- ➤ Ohio Equal Rights is proposing a constitutional amendment to stop discrimination and remove the state's same-sex marriage ban. If the Ohio Ballot Board certifies the proposal at a meeting today, supporters will need to gather 442,958 signatures to put it on the 2026 ballot—voters will then decide its fate. NBC4
