- ➤ The University of Findlay Theatre Program will present 'Digging Up Dessa' at the Frank J. Egner Center in the John and Hester Powell Grimm Theatre at 1010 N. Cory St., Findlay — performances are scheduled on Friday, September 26 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, September 28 at 2 p.m. The play follows Dessa, a curious 12-year-old fossil hunter who meets 19th-century British paleontologist Mary Anning to learn about science and history while highlighting overlooked contributions.
