- ➤ Four Findlay High School students were named Commended Students in the National Merit Scholarship Program by Findlay City Schools. Their achievement—recognized as a valuable national resource—highlights strong academic performance among local scholars. WFIN
- ➤ Raise The Bar Hancock County hosted its 2025 Career Connections Day at Owens Community College where nearly 800 eighth graders from all nine Hancock County school districts took part in interactive learning sessions plus hands-on experiences. - ➤ On October 17, Hancock County will host its 6th Annual Trauma Conference—Healing Our Anxious Brain—at the University of Findlay from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Dr. Catherine M. Pittman, who has over 30 years of experience, will lead the lecture and offer an optional consultation from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. for mental health professionals to earn continuing education credits.
