EDUCATION NEWS

  • On Oct. 10, high school students visited the University of Findlay to explore pharmacy during V.I.P.² Day (Very Important Potential Pharmacist Day). Faculty and current students discussed admissions, curriculum, and career paths in pharmacy.  WFIN
  • University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum will host its first Funday Sunday on October 26—an event offering free hands-on art, building, games and STEAM stations to honor Habitat for Humanity’s 25th anniversary. Registration is required for local families to enjoy creative activities led by expert Merrill Rainey.  University of Findlay
  • Ohio high school teachers and arts leaders can register now for the Poetry Out Loud program for the 2025—2026 season, which gives students a chance to recite poetry on a national stage. The Marathon Center for the Performing Arts leads the regional partnership with support from the Ohio Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.  WFIN
