CULTURE NEWS

  • The Hancock Historical Museum announced the 2025 Historic Homes Tour: Holiday Edition for December 13th and 14th—a two-day event that will let visitors explore Findlay's historic homes from the 1870s to the 1900s festively decorated, including a VIP preview at Swan House Tea & Coffee. The VIP preview on December 13th will run from 6 to 10 p.m.—tickets are limited while the public tour on December 14th runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with volunteer spots available.  WFIN

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Hancock County Veterans Service Office will open its new location at 401 Olive Street on December 1 to serve veterans, their families, and the community with all services including benefits assistance, employment resources, and transportation continuing without interruption. The office will be closed November 24—26 to prepare for the move, and those needing help may call 419-348-9330.  WFIN
