- ➤ Phase 2 benching for flood mitigation is underway on the north side of the Blanchard River between North Main Street and North Cory Street + crews are moving dirt while officials plan a new Norfolk Southern Railroad Bridge and Eagle Creek Floodwater Storage Basin to lower flood levels. WFIN
